Welcome to 7u7b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7u7b governing your use of the online casino, sports betting, and associated services made available at 7u7b.io and any related subdomains or mobile interfaces operated by 7u7b.

By accessing the 7u7b Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have created.

7u7b reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or in-platform notification where practicable.

To register and maintain an account on the 7u7b Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7u7b enforces a strict minimum age of 21 across all products, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and arcade games such as Cannon Fishing.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party when using the Platform. Each account must represent a single individual; corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of 7u7b, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction on the Platform.

7u7b reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7u7b Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 7u7b strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to be your own unless you have reported a security breach to 7u7b in writing without undue delay.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7u7b operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 7u7b's discretion. Accepted documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Proof of address may also be required.

3.4 Account Currency

All balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the 7u7b Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7u7b does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All displayed amounts reflect Taka values at the time of display.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7u7b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. 7u7b does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status. Players who complete full KYC verification are typically eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction in your account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallet methods are generally credited to your 7u7b balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation in your wallet application. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. 7u7b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 7u7b reserves the right to apply standard verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7u7b account holder.

4.5 Refused Transactions

7u7b reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, 7u7b will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing any funds.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the 7u7b Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are as certified by the respective game providers.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting products on 7u7b, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by 7u7b's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

5.3 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 7u7b system. A confirmation message or bet slip reference number will be issued upon successful bet placement. 7u7b reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after the relevant event has concluded, or placed using incorrect odds arising from a manifest error in the platform's pricing systems.

5.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the scheduled completion point, all related bets will be settled as void and the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Specific rules governing individual sports and markets are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules document.

5.5 Disputed Outcomes

In the event that you dispute the outcome of a bet or game result, you must contact 7u7b's support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. 7u7b's decision on all disputed outcomes, made after reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7u7b offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus provisions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are generally subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and contributing game types are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the designated validity period, failing which any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7u7b actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to arbitrage bonus terms, using bets with mathematically minimal risk to meet wagering requirements, and collusion with other players. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings voided and may be subject to permanent closure.

6.4 Bonus Eligibility

7u7b reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are generally available to players who have completed account verification. Employees and their family members are not eligible for any promotional offer.

7u7b is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all of its products. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who activate a self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing their account for the duration of the exclusion period. • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or apparent technical error are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagers have been settled.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward 7u7b staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, database, or account on the Platform.

All content on the 7u7b Platform, including but not limited to the 7u7b brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software code, and game integrations, is the exclusive property of 7u7b or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the 7u7b Platform without the express prior written consent of 7u7b. Any unauthorised use of 7u7b's intellectual property will be subject to legal action. Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7b, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failures, or the cost of substitute services.

7u7b's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7u7b does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability, and 7u7b will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

7u7b collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmission between your device and the 7u7b Platform is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. 7u7b does not sell personal data to third parties.

You may close your 7u7b account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, provided that your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7u7b reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, all funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited.

7u7b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. Where changes are material, 7u7b will endeavour to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
